Spencer is a 1 year old Catahoula mix. He was saved just before his time was up in a shelter. However, before he could make it to Ottawa, he came down with Parvo. He is a survivor and is now healthy (though very skinny). He is a very sweet boy, getting the hang of house training quickly. He is a natural on leash and makes lots of fun noises (moans and groans) - it is highly entertaining! He is under assessment in his foster home, and we’ll be posting more about him shortly.
